Former B-12 & B-02 Layers in Clear PVC colors.
Weight: Death 8.09 grams / Sprig 7.72 grams
Layer: Minoboros (New)
Motif: Greek Mythology, Minotaur
Design: Attack based layer, 'Anchor' shaped with 6 main impact points.
The reversed side of the is 60% PVC relatively on the lightweight side but Polycarbonate upper layer compensated with its thicker structure frame. 3 screws holds the layers together.
The twin hammer 'horns contributes to the Minoboros massive attacking capabilities. Two PVC underlay sections induces solid impacts to opponents bey, whereas the two hollowed sections have high recoil ratio and can easily throw lighter beys off balance.
The Minoboros layer is generally even with tapered edges keeping its 'wall' shaped circumference.
Specs
Maximum Contact Diameter: 5 cm
Weight: 8.39 grams
Disks: Wing, Oval and Spread
Recolored versions of previous B-01, B-12 and B-02.
Weight: Wing 19.39 grams | Oval 18.31 grams | Spread 20.55 grams
Drivers: Fusion & Blow
Former B-02 & B-12 Drivers in clear colors.
Weight: Fusion 5.58 grams | Blow 5.48 grams
Driver: Quake (New)
Also known as the Jumping Bottom from the previous generations Quake Bottom.
But the new rendition of the Quake has a more tapered and slimmed surface instead of the previous gen's semi-circled base. This tapered and narrow tip enables the new Quake to spin on the spot and only 'move' upon impact from an opponents bey.
Weight: 5.45 grams
Performance
Ran a few launches to watch this new Quake Driver's performance and capabilities without other bey interference.
At launched, the driver waste no time making strong and rapid circles around the BeyStadium. The circles have a speed graduation between rounds at a 'Fast>Slow>Fast' pace.
At low spin ratio, the Bey centers and stay stable for a good 40 seconds before losing its balance.
Power BeyLauncher Grip
Simply an enhanced Standard BeyLauncher Grip with a wider grip section and back fin for more stable grip for bladers.
Summary
8/10 for Minoboros Layer | Strong Recoil | Low Weight | Strong Attack | Low Balance
7/10 for Quake Driver | High Movement | Low Balance | Good Fusion for Stamina at last moment
8/10 Overall for B-21 Beyblade Custom Set: Attack & Balance. New parts are great for Attack configurations and other formally re-issued recolors are good additions for Stamina and Attack combos. Not a bad set to get started with.
Extras
So far such a combination is possible i guess lol.
Beyblade Burst! B-20 Booster Horusood Spread Edge Review
B-20 Booster Horusood Spread Edge
Stamina Type / RFID chip enabled Layer
Booster Content Layout
Layer: Horusood (New)
Disk: Spread
Driver: Edge (New)
Stickers
Layer: Odin
Motif: Based on an Ancient Egyptian Deity, Horus.
Design: Balanced type layer with two pairs of Wings on each adjacent sides from the center.
The reversed side of the Layer has very low level of PVC material, making the layer low in weight. Two screws holds the layers together.
The Jagged feathered edged of the layer maximizes defense and lowers surface contact from opposing Beys.
Horusood has a gentle sloped layer design which is great for down up counters. To do so the Bey has to be of a lower BeyStadium Zone than the opposing bey.
Specs
Maximum Contact Diameter: 4.92 cm
Weight: 8.02 grams
Disk: Spread
Previous from B-02 Spriggan Spread Fusion
Weight: 19.88 grams
Driver: Edge
Design: Cross Edged 5 point bottom with a tall single pivot tip with 4 fins with tapered tips for dis-positioning upon Recoil Recoveries.
Definitely a stamina designed driver but due to its tall tip, balance and tilt ratio are also compromised.
Weight: 5.57 grams
Spin Ratio on an average of 6 launches: 3.16 minutes.
Summary
6/10 for Horusood Layer | High in defense recoil | Low surface contact | Sloped Surface
8/10 for Spread Driver | Balanced out weight mass | High Spin Balance
7/10 for Edge Driver | Sharp Minimal Contact Tip | Dis-position recovery fins | Weak Tilt Balance
7.5/10 Overall the B-20 Booster Horusood Spread Edge bey is a great addition for Stamina players and also a collectors item for its design. Low Balance Bey but at its peak for a Stamina configuration bey. Great for modding in future.
