B-15 Random Booster Volume 1 Trident Heavy Claw
The new Random Booster volume consist of many important parts for replacements and customization needs not to mention that the Layers comes in Clear Colors!
Efforts to un-rig the box had been upgraded once again with some old features kept and then some new bizarre gimmick to make that Random point that much more difficult.
A) In box Weight Counters - Comes in Different thickness and taped under the parts, practically no sound when shaking.
B) Black cover layer - Thicker version of this is used and alot of tape is used to make sure any loose parts are stuck down to reduce sound.
C) The new Metallic foil + Static Sheet Combo - We have no idea why the packing design went through such an epic effort to prevent any sort of 'Scanning' but whether its intentional or not, this Metallic Foil cover actually prevents the mass scanner detecting any sort of shape except a square block. One word 'Wow' but really?
The Volume 1 this time round comes in 8 designs, including one Rare , 2 Semi Rare and 5 Commons. Heres the rundown list.

Layer: Trident
Motif: Weapon of Sea Ruler Neptune, Trident.
Type: Stamina
Point: 6 main attack points with 3 in between symmetrical defensive 'Claws'. The circumference of the Layer is irregular and creates several pockets for recoils when against Attack Types.
The under section of the Layer hides a Circular PVC ring with 3 symmetrical fins under each 'Claw' of the Polycarbonate Layer. 2 other spikes splits at the midpoint of the Layer holds the two contact points between the two layers.
The 'Claws' of the PC Layer are relatively outstretched to the outer circumference of the Layer keeping the spin force on the outer ring of the Bey, increasing spin and upper balance.
The top of the Layer however has an irregular weight distribution with one bigger 'spike' protruding the unified surface. This might reduce the balance of the Layer greatly.
The Trident has a maximum Contact Diameter of 50.7mm (5.07cm)

Similar to the previous released Heavy from B-03 Ragnaruk , the Trident does not come with a new Disk but uses the Heavy Disk to keep its weight high in the center for better spin ratios.

Driver: Claw
Point: 4 free hanging blades fixes around its Semi Defense alike bottom.
The Claw is similar to its predecessor Claw 145 Sharp (C145S) With 4 fins instead of the 3 from the previous rendition.
The Blades of the Claw hangs down from the Driver when stationary and have a 4 axis movement. Unlike the C145S with only 2 axis movement capability.
At the Highest Spin Ratio, the Blades of the Claw swings up from it rested position to increase its centrifugal force by directing its weight on the outer ring of the Driver. The Blades also acts as a minor defensive mechanism for low attacks from opponents.

Summary:
The Trident Heavy Claw is a high Stamina Bey stand alone but not so much when in battle due to its High Recoil Layer. Might be better Offensive then being a Stamina The Claw Driver has great Stamina capabilities but the very Claws that helped to keep the Spin Ratio high is also its weakest point of coming in contact with another surface, slowing the momentum with each strike.
The ratio of the parts in this set makes it a great volume to obtain, but if you are looking at getting more Valkyrie Layers or Fusion Drivers, then give this set a pass. For Disk like Wing and Spread, there is a higher chance to stash those with this set.
Overall, B-15 Random Booster Vol.1 is a great collectors item to get your hands on with the Limited Rare Layer Trident. The Clear Colors of the Layers also makes the collection that more fun to have.

For Bladers who have been following on the latest release from WBO should well know about the very popular Random Layer Collection Vol.1 Gachapon Capsule in Japan.
Well heads up, here's some news on Volume 2!
So far the 'leak' doesn't show which beys are up for the Random Layer Collection line up BUT we do know that it consist of 1 Attack Type, 2 Stamina and 1 Defense Type Layer with 1 Exclusive Gacha Rare Layer thet is only available in this Volume.
The possibility of Attack Type either than Valkyrie (RLC Vol.1) and Deathscyther (RVB Vol.2) are highly anticipated. Layers like Minoboros, Odin and unlikely so Excalibur might make its place. Stamina type, Horusudo, Kerbeus? , Defense Type, Unicorn might also make it in this second Volume.
The confirmation of the NFC function release is also another exciting announcement, but that probably means releasing a newer version of the BeyLogger since the current one does not have a NFC sensor? Or perhaps some other application will surface upon the Digital Bey Battle Station or Beyta. (The NFC chips are located on most Bey Layers in the form of a small Black square between the Polycarbonate and PVC layers.)
That being said, the announcement of a in Official WBBA shop Beyta Arcade style machine will also make its debut. More ways for Bladers to earn those Rare Beys and Up their Stats! Only in Japan thou...
Lastly, the announcement of the Official Beyblade Burst Anime in Spring 2016! Can't wait to see how the story of this seasons will be. Hope it will be a good one~
The Only Setback would be that this New Volume 2 will have a price hike to 400yen instead of the previous 300yen. Not a big issue to most as it is still relatively more affordable than a full booster. Perhaps a more durable material? New Shiny Colors?
At the moment there is no Official Release Date for this Volume but most likely it will be around Spring 2016. Looking forward to this release definitely.
